After working with Brittany Cecil for almost a year looking for a home in the Greensboro Market, we can say it has been an absolute delight it has been to work with her.

A Michener Novel could be written on how helpful Brittany has been throughout our search, but let us leave you with professionalism, patients and persistence, the obvious core values she lives and works by. During our search, she took the time to sit down with us along with several builders. She explained the difference between a custom home and a spec house, showed us resale homes in every section of Greensboro so we thoroughly understood the Market in its entirety. One example of how helpful Brittany was from the offer to closing process. The morning of the closing day, she met us at the house mandating both the builder and listing agent be there. At the closing, she handed us a book which we will call a “House Bible” that included every once of information we will need for the home including contractors names who worked on the house as well as other contractors who we may need in the future.

"The thing I appreciate most about Brittany is that even though she is obviously extremely smart and savvy when it comes to the business of selling houses, she is also very down to earth and just a real person. She clearly loves her work and really cares about people. My parents were in their 70s and facing a number of health challenges, so they needed to move from Greensboro to Greenville, NC in the middle of the pandemic in order to be closer to my brother. They had been in their home for almost 20 years, and since it was the first house they had ever owned, they had no idea where to start when it came to listing and selling it. I ended up being no help to them due to health issues that came up with my husband, but Brittany STEPPED UP, and really went the extra mile with them, patiently walking my parents through each and every step of the process and helping them to make wise decisions all along the way. Her patience, professionalism, kindness, and composure - along with her keen understanding of all the various market factors - helped my parents not only to make wise financial decisions, but helped them feel calm throughout what was otherwise an extremely stressful time. Brittany also had an amazing eye when it came to repairs. The upgrades she recommended were minimal in terms of cost but gave the house a fresh and modern look with amazing curb appeal. We were all shocked by how the house looked when it was listed... looked like a completely new place!! The house sold almost immediately, and for much more than my father had originally anticipated. I honestly can't imagine a better realtor and would recommend Brittany to anyone buying or selling a home, without hesitation."
